Michael B.August 17, 2019 |

Bus was very comfortable however, our trip from Medellin to Cartagena arrived 8hours late. Turning our trip into a 22 hour nightmare

Juan V.August 14, 2019 |

Ha tardado más de lo previsto

James W.July 24, 2019 |

The fact that I've been asked to write a review before we've even arrived is telling. This bus has taken 15+ hours PAST the time we were supposed to arrive. With no toilet paper, stops for food (apart from one at the start 2 hours in) and random unexplained stops for hours at a time. It would be great to be filled in or fed when a 13hr bus ride turns in to a 29hr one. I would've taken a flight if I knew what I was in for.

Well, i was supposed to arrive to cartagena at 10:00 am. Now its 14:13 pm and i still got around 3 hours more to arrive.

Annuh N.June 25, 2019 |

Terrible! Over 3 hours late! Very dissatisfied.

Laura A.June 13, 2019 |

Good bus, but it arrived 3,5 hours later at the destination.

Komal A.June 1, 2019 |

I was not satisfied.

Ines P.May 17, 2019 |

Great bus but arrived 3h late

Lina E.May 11, 2019 |

During the whole trip of 16 hours it was FREEZING inside the bus, like being inside a fridge. It was really bad and I really suffered, no exaggeration.

Kirrilee R.April 17, 2019 |

Roadworks caused delays

Connor W.March 25, 2019 |

Some of the better buses in Colombia. That said, a lot of the TVs/charge points didn't work on our bus so it was a bit of a game of chance.

Benjamin F.March 2, 2019 |

Discussing bathrooms, but overall good

Holly F.February 26, 2019 |

Lovely buses, comfortable with toilet and personal TVs. However, our bus was freezing the whole 14 hours journey which made it impossible to get any sleep

William C.January 23, 2019 |

The estimated travel time is unrealistic given the current road conditions, construction and slow moving heavy traffic. The trip was 15 hours on white knuckle driving, as the driver tried in vain to stay on schedule. I would rate the journey as dangerous.

Annina T.January 21, 2019 |

Would use it again

Grace A.January 9, 2019 |

The bus should of arrived at half 8 in the morning didn’t arrive until half 12 midday, we paid enough money towards the bus for it to arrive on time would expect that from a local bus service but not such a long journey The stops at the service stations were way to long and the driver also stopped for various other reasons.

Kenzie G.January 3, 2019 |

Great company comfy seats etc. But way too long of a bus ride. They should advertise it correctly as 18 hrs not 12..

Lea G.December 26, 2018 |

Please turn the AC down. It is incredible cold. The rest was very nice

Isabel S.December 10, 2018 |

The bus was absolutely freezing. I was wearing a jumper and leggings but was so cold that I didn’t sleep all night. I have taken night buses quite a lot and have always managed to sleep through except on this bus. The seats were also quite narrow but the main problem was the airconditing!!

Maria P.November 26, 2018 |

The ride from Medellin to Cartagena was supposed to take 13 hours, we would arrive at 11:30. Instead we arrived at 14:30. No one informed us about this delay or gave any excuse whatsoever.

Emma H.November 5, 2018 |

Bus broke down twice, staff managed to fix it but delayed us by nearly 5 hours! Also, above seats 1 and 2 air conditioning leaked onto seats- have had this problem with them before.

Damon S.October 25, 2018 |

Terrible - bus arrived 2.5 hours late and caused us to miss plans

Gabriella L.October 24, 2018 |

Very good but to cold

Kari P.August 18, 2018 |

The trip was nice but please don't freeze people inside with extremely cold air-conditioning and the plug would have been nice to recharge electrical apparatuses.

Smain A.July 2, 2018 |

Very late - was meant to arrive at 11am it’s almost 6pm and still not there!!!
