The aircconditioning ser temperature too low that I ended up sneezing in the end. There is no WiFi.

Arrived to Medellin over 6h late, the bus was also freezing due to the ac being too high

Very happy with the service and journey. The delay didn’t bother us as we have read reviews rating the buses may be late for a number of different reasons. We were prepared for this.

Good experience, we did not freeze with the ac and it was quiet.

It was not the drivers fault but due to a long delay in the road, the journey ended up taking 24 hours rather than 12

Air condition top cold! I am sick after the travel.

The bus was so cold at night and I saw the driver purposely turning the temperature down, he played 3 films all night really loud but when I looked round at everyone they just wanted to sleep. After this experience I will be using copetron

Night buses are always a little uncomfortable but this has seats that reclined. The reading light was stuck in the on position. But otherwise an okay ride

Put on earlier bus as arrived at terminal early.

Comfortable bus with toilet but no toilet roll, no soap either... entertainment system is all in spanish no english sub-titles.. & lots of stops but arrived safe & sound

My bus was a night bus! So I think the driver should try to be more carefull with the music and the video. It’s allways difficult to sleep on a bus so no LOUD music in the morning.

Everything was perfect except the arrival time

I was impressed with the excellent service and quality of the bus. The staff was excellent in running things smoothly. The service at Expreso Brasilia is better than some of the service on certain airlines. I was an international passenger and didn't know many of the stops so wasn't sure if I made it to my stop. Although providing earphones was very nice, I wasn't able to hear the sound of the movie. I did enjoy the tv screen. The wifi was not strong enough and would disconnect. Overall, the bus was clean and the seats were very comfortable.

The trip was very good overall, the only problem was the excess of air-conditioning that made sleeping challenging

The bus was great if cold but the 13 hour journey took 18!

We should have arrived to Medellin at 7:15 pm, but we arrived at 3 am

The bus was meant to take 10 hours but took 18 and a half. As well as this the driving was very dangerous, i respect the fact the road and winding but i did not feel safe at all. There was also no water or loo roll in the loo which for such a long bus is not good service.

Bus was over 9 hours late arriving to the destination. Had to change buses at 2am but was happy to get off the first bus because it was crawling with cockroaches. Terrible driver made it impossible to sleep on the over 19-hour journey
