I was sat in the front with the drivers which was very loud and uncomfortable and not possible to sleep on an 11hr night bus!

The bus was canceled at the last moment without any prior warning at 23h. The company refused to give us any compensation and we were forced to spend the night at the terminal until the next bus. We find it to be unacceptable, especially since we booked the bus months in advance.

First bus was older and felt crowded and uncomfortable. Due to problems with bus that delayed us 3+ hours, we switched to a newer bus for the balance of the trip. A 10 hour trip became 14 hours.
