The bus was comfy but one of the windows was broken and kept constatly breaking more and making cracking noises and glass was falling on the other cars. Plus there werent trash cans so people had left their foods to rot on the seat pockets and the back of the bus was filled with little flies. That was disgusting. Otherwise the ride was smooth.
Great service and comfortable bus, however the toilet was disgusting (not Ouibus’s fault) so would suggest looking at ways this could be avoided in future for a more pleasant experience
Bus was comfortable & on time. Pick up zone was a bit confusing and un-signed. Tickets said be there 1 hr prior which wasn't necessary. Overall good service with small improvements.
Slight delay on arrival but would use again.
The bus was late. The staff were rude. There was no allocated seating but the co driver seemed to be reserving seats for certain people, and two for himself to sleep on as he pleased. We were instructed to move so that a femal (maybe a friend of the co driver?) could have two seats for herself. I then witnessed him pushing another man off the bus as they were arguing about his ticket. I had seen the mans ticket prior to departure as he wanted to confirm we were waiting for the same bus. After physically pushing him off and more arguing they finally let him on the bus.
The bus was 2 hours late arriving in Bordeaux. After finally boarding the bus the bus started leaking oil and had to stop numerous times before it had to be replaced with another bus. I arrived in San Sebastián 4.5hours late. To be honest it was a pretty bad experience for the money that I paid.
