Bus Tickets from Bordeaux to San Sebastian

The bus was late for two hours and the direction of the starting point in the app or email confirmation was incorrect.

We waited for the bus for more than one hour at the right bus stop but it never came

Pretty horrible experience. The bus was late by 75 min in Bordeaux, but we only got email notification of lateness 45 min into those 75 minutes. If we would have known the bus was late by this amount, we wouldn't have rushed to the station by taking a cab. Also, the bus driver almost overturned the bus by taking an offramp too fast! The other bus driver who took over then sheared off the right-hand mirror assembly on a tree. Also, the itinerary mentioned only 2 stops between Bordeaux and San Sebastian, but there were actually 5.

The driver and staff were friendly despite the language challenges and being late.

The bus was too crowded and hot, despite the air conditioning. We left 15 minutes late at Bordeaux and arrived more than one hour late at San Sebastian bus station. The stuff on the bus didn't explain why or even warned us about the delay.

The bus was 2 hours late arriving in Bordeaux. After finally boarding the bus the bus started leaking oil and had to stop numerous times before it had to be replaced with another bus. I arrived in San Sebastián 4.5hours late. To be honest it was a pretty bad experience for the money that I paid.
