I have been travelling with the National Express for a couple of months now but today's services were very poor . Outbound was 13:35 pm. I got to the station 30 minutes earlier. But 13:41pm, the bus never arrive I decided to go back home on my way back I turned my back saw a bus arrived was late about ten minutes and no announcements were made.
Again on my return the departure was 15:55pm, while in the waiting room and Man came in asking for people going to Bradford but I looked at my watch it was 15:36pm so I thought I could not be mine. But a minutes later I went out there (bus) I saw the same bus number I have so I run in and hold and behold it was my bus to Bradford we departure date 15:42 while on my ticket is 15:55. Honestly I am confused. I would have missed the bus had I arrived at 15:50 l knowing that 15:55 is the departure.
