I have a disability , my Wallet was taken prior and had to get to Lisbon for credit card. Australian not speaking Portuguese and stranded. Driver not interested but without listening wasn’t going to let me on bus. Without a mask Had a dirty T-shirt could have used pulled up over nose but he said no . Lady very kind and gave me her spare. … it would have been great to be stranded with 7 euro in your pocket. Need certain understanding, wouldn’t happen in my country.
