Everything was good. Bus was easy to locate and ticket was easy to read. Only wished at the stop that the instructions were given in English (letting us know we could get off the bus and that was had a few minutes and cost of toilets).
I needed to pee but the toilet on the bus was locked, to my surprise. Why?? And if this is a Covid measure please explain why barely anyone on the bus was wearing masks and nothing done about it.
the driver very friendly. bus very comfortable it arrived 15 mins late but probably due to traffic it didn't worry me I had plenty of time to get to the airport.
Driver was indifferent and not very friendly. I tried to ask if it was the bus to Lisbon when it pulled into the bus port earlier before the trip and he ignored me.
Everything was super comfy and fine but the bus driver really doesnt know how to deal with two people eating something in a bus. And he was really angry and emotional about it, he was right because there was a sign, but... Rest of the bus could eat so that was strange and that situation couse the 20-30min delay.
The busdriver was kind enough to wait one more minute while I was running to the bus. For tourists it would be nice if the place where the bus leaves from was better indicated.
Does it really matter what I say? Does any thing change.
The biggest disappointment was the fact the staff DID NOT think it necessary to check with the customers on the bus when leaving Porto if anyone had left a bag next to the bus. It took one of the customers to mention it!
It would have taken 10 seconds to check!
Very bad customer service!
Driver checked the ticket and let me to enter in the bus, after 15 minutes when route looks sceptical to me , he said this is no the bus going yo Lisbon. O was alone midnight in they know city. Very disappointed, I somehow managed to reach Lisbon back
Bus was comfortable. However toilet was not accessible during ride. Also the driver left a girl behind at the stop and refused to let her friends off the bus so they could be with her
Hello, I had a huge trouble with the trip, the buss driver left me in Fátima station and when I started to run after the buss the driver seen me and didn’t reacted also the passengers seen me running after it and was asking driver to stop but he ignored. I tried to call the company and no one answered, all my stuffs left on the buss and I still don’t have them. From this trip 12 persons was making a complain to the company, when I tried to talk with manager was not possible as well. In the final I spent my time, don’t have my things, spend my money and don’t receive any excuses. I am about to go to the curt if nothing will change in the next 5 days
Overall it was okay, but it was a bit awkward as my ticket said “no pre assigned seating” and then people who came on had assigned seats so had to kick me off into a different seat. It was also dirty- there was a bandaid on the roof?! And no toilet paper
Very happy with out experience on Rede Express. The price was good, the purchasing/ticketing experience was easy. I had been trying to order tickets on a partner site but it kept failing. Going directly to the source fixed it.
It was great/very useful that the bus stopped at the Lisbon Airport stop (although it was not mentioned on internet). The ride was very good and comfortable.
The toilet in the bathroom was broken and the bus driver refused to pull over for a bathroom break for the 3.5 hour trip. Very mean man and very unprofessional
