Bus and driver were sitting parked up in the bus station in lisbon but didn't bother to drive over to the stop until almost 1-45pm ,also we felt the driver wasn't concentrating fully on the road as the bus went over the rumble strip and into the hard shoulder at least 30 times causing passengers to be concerned, was continuously reaching over for tissues to blow his nose which also made the bus swerve, at one stage I was going to take my seat belt off and question the driver's state of health to be in charge of a coach carrying multiple passengers.
