The whole ride took us more than 5 hours, the bathroom was out of service and the bus driver never stopped for us to go to the bathroom. Electricity also did not work. We were all hungry and needed to have a break or charge our phones. The bus driver also got very rude and mad when I chose to leave the bus one stop early because my hotel was there. (I should have booked til Almada but as a foreigner it's hard to get information) the delay was caused by a crash, which the driver had no fault in, but he also never stopped the bus.
We rode on a trip from Lagos Portugal to Lisbon. The first thing the bus driver said to us in a very rude way as if we were naughty school children that we couldn't eat on the bus. I mean come on for four hours! Not even a few almonds? Also, it was about 14 degrees celcius outside, the driver turned on the air conditioning and we were freezing the whole time. Overall it was an unfriendly experience and I wouldn't recommend that company.
