45 min delay, unfriendly driver
We rode on a trip from Lagos Portugal to Lisbon. The first thing the bus driver said to us in a very rude way as if we were naughty school children that we couldn't eat on the bus. I mean come on for four hours! Not even a few almonds? Also, it was about 14 degrees celcius outside, the driver turned on the air conditioning and we were freezing the whole time. Overall it was an unfriendly experience and I wouldn't recommend that company.
Very good service
Everything was ok except there is no electrical plug on the bus. I couldnt charge my phone clearly.
Great comfortable trip - with reclining seats and dependable WiFi
The obvious reason for the bus arriving late may be due to the weather and an accident that caused a traffic delay. Very satisfied with EVA.
Great connection to Lisbon
Everything was ok i am satisfied
I thought have toilet on the bus like before, unbelievable nearly 4h journey and did not stop for toilet
What can I say everything was as expected. The bus left on time the bus was comfortable the bus had power plugs to charge phones and Wi-Fi. Everything operated efficiently.

Good bus service, there was an accident on the motorway so was abit late but nothing could be done :)
Disappointed that bus was late considering we were asked to be there 30 to 40 minutes before scheduled leaving time. Driver seemed grumpy.
Amazing and comfortable l. Slightly late leaving and arriving, but did not matter
The journey to Lisbon was pleasant, the ride was smooth we will be using the service again for our trip from Lisbon to Porto
The ride was comfortable, but since I had a fight to catch and already had a tight time schedule I got a little nervous. Everything worked out at the end
I wish the bus driver would announce stops once arriving to lisbon. We got off one stop too early.
Bus was clean and comfortable, all good
States there is a washroom on board but driver refused the keys to use it.
All good great driver and the WiFi worked well
The bus was advertised to have a toilet on board however there were no toilets and when we asked the bus driver he was very rude about it
Extremely clean and comfortable bus with efficient but unsmiling staff. Bus arrived 20 minutes later than advertised
Driver had the bathrooms locked for a long bus ride. Made a stop for 2 minutes and almost left without some of the passengers. At least the WiFi worked
