The seats were comfortable, air conditioning worked good. Bus left on time, very organized with checking the bags down below. I think we got the last tickets so our seats were in the very last seats next to the toilet. It didn't flush and people kept using it. It smelt really bad. That was my only complaint. We plan on traveling by ADO again, I hope this isn't a common occurrence.
A nicely air conditioned bus. Comfortable. Slightly delayed, but otherwise great.
We arrived at 9am for a 10 am departure. At 10:15 am we went to the information desk to find that our bus was cancelled. Since we had accommodations booked in Oaxaca city we had to arrange for alternate transport. Would not recommend this carrier. We have a trip booked to come back to Puerto Escondido on Friday so we’ll see what happens then.

I was seated in front and it was a night bus. Unfortunetely, the drivers had the music very loud during the whole trip, so I couldnt sleep at all. On top of that, the air conditioner was so high that I got sick after that trip.
I only wish there were a more direct bus route so I didn't spend an extra 5 hours or the bus. But it was comfy and I had no complaints about the service
It was the worst experience of my life. Rude drivers. Bus broke down after 4 hours then was dangerously driven with a broken gear box. Air conditioning broke leaving us in a 40 degree sweat box with no water or air (I thought someone was going to pass out) Genuinely couldn’t be more disappointed. An hour late aswell to add insult to injury. Awful. Will never step foot on an OCC bus again in my life
