The address for the bus stop in the email confirmation was not the address for the Ado bus station in Bacalar. We had to run for 20 minutes on foot to catch the bus due to this error. Additionally, the lady at Cancun airport who escorted us off the bus scanned me for $50 USD claiming it was the only way to get me to terminal 4 by putting me on a taxi and taking my cash. I was not awake enough to fight and I don’t speak Spanish.

The ride was comfortable, however the bus was late departing and the driver stated he would drop us off at Terminal 4, but did not, causing us to miss our flightas he returned us to Cancun Centro Terminal, even when we pleaded for him to let us off.

Ride was fine, however, I forgot a carry bag at the Bacalar station. Driver told me to ask the office in Tulum when we arrive there, and in responce to my inquiry at the Tulum ADO office, I was told "ask in Cancún." So, technically ADO office staff unconcern is the issue.
