No animals are allowed on board the vehicle or in the luggage compartments. Only a guide dog traveling with a visually impaired person or a certified assistance dog is allowed on board the vehicle. In these cases, the dog must be wearing its harness attesting that it is working and/or the owner must have in his possession the card certifying that the dog comes from a training school for guide dogs or assistance dogs.

I liked the convenience of the trip and relatively smooth driving. The bus smelled of the bathroom unfortunately. I was picked up in Peterborough and there was no sign for the bus. A sign would help folks understand where to line up. The driver very quietly announced each stop and some travellers asked him to repeat. At the last stop, the driver drove past the drop off area and had to back in causing cars behind to honk.

The ride was ok. However, it wasn't easy to find the bus stop in Ottawa. It would help to have more precise coordinates, have a bigger more apparent sign, and two or three benches for waiting travelers.
