Bonjour, Aujourd’hui j’ai eu la chance de voyager avec un des vos chauffeur d’autobus nommé Alain, de Laval ( M. Cartier, départ 8,30 am) à Gatineau ! Le voyage se passait dans les conditions très changeantes ( pluie, brume ..)L’autobus était plein, mais Alain a su être affable, souriant et très respectueux quand il nous a accueilli et arrangé les bagages, et très professionnel sur le chemin ! The service is good, driving is smooth. The driver is very professional. The only problem is it is late for at least 10 minutes. I guess it’s because the Montreal bus terminal is undergoing some renovation and they need to detour in order to get there.

Hello, The trip to Quebec was not good. I got off at the wrong stop in Trois-Rivières. There was no next bus to Quebec City, so I had no place to stay because my hotel is booked in Quebec City. Now I have to wait until tomorrow morning to go back to Quebec, and I won’t have any time left for sightseeing.
