I was very pleased with the Staff because I had lost my printed ticket and they went on the computer, found the transaction and made a written ticket that the Ticket Agent gave to the bus driver and explained my situation. They were very easy and nice to deal with.
The bus from The Soo was 20 mins. late getting to North Bay with passengers who were going to Ottawa. My bus NB to Ottawa left 20 mins. late. The bus broke down approaching Rutherglen.(the driver filled out problem on his file, bus could go no further. The replacement had to checked out in the garage, filled up with gas then came & we all transferred onto it. The driver was informative of what was going on. He also had a future driver on board. ,So this person also learned alot more about driving the bus.
I had purchased one adult ticket for myself and one senior ticket for my Dad. My father who is 91 ended up having to cancel. I unfortunately lost my money for his trip as ticket was non refundable. I ordered on line and did not realize the ticket was non refundable. I know it was my error but this still made it difficult. Otherwise, the bus driver was excellent. And the trip itself was fine.
There was no connection from matheson to exemple : senneterre qc from where i could of take another bus to get to mont laurier qc to save me a good 6hours of travel !! We’re a good bunch of worker in this area and it could become viable to get on the bus and travel on this axle especially in the winter where the risks are greater to make it with our cars !!exept that i was satisfied !! Maybe add to the 110v plugs some usb inlet but no big deal!!! Thanks and have a good day
First time being on a bus. The staff at the terminal was very helpful.
Travelled with my 1.5 year old and the bus driver was very kind and and courtious to us as well as the other passengers. Ive heard bad things about staff but my experience didnt reflect those oppinions at all.
The bus left 3 hours after the stated departure time. I almost missed my flight because of this (I was late for boarding and went through alot of trouble at the airport.) and since when is greyhound a mail courier service?
