When I asked if the driver could retrieve my bag at a hang luggage only stop, I was treated with such disrespect that I couldn’t even believe it was happening. When I tried to explain, he told me he would help me if I spoke to him in French even though it was clear it was not my strong language. When I did so, he repeated himself about not being able to open the bottom of the bus and started to drive. I understand completely that those are the bus policies but I was extremely surprised that staff would try to embarrass me intentionally by causing a scene when he could have just explained politely. I am seriously distressed by this incident.
I was a bit panicky because I almost missed the bus, but the driver was so nice and understanding and helpful!
The bus ride was nice, apart from annoying people talking on their cell phones, but thankfully that wasn't constant.
The bus was a bit late, but because of traffic and construction, so I understand.
All in all, a good trip!
Very Pleasant, but the bus itself sounded like there were a few things loose underneath. Made some sound during the travel that after awhile, grew on my nerves. Apart from that, everything went smoothly.
Everything was great! I just couldnt connect to the wi fi neither with my laptop nor my mobile. The password was autobussansfil but it didnt work, it said to send me to a microsoft page but it didnt work. :) besides that the bus driver was great and everything was great
I was supposed to be back in Montreal at 1h30pm but I got back at 3pm. The bus left 30 mins late and each transfer was done very slowly. There was a little bit of traffic that slowed us down between st-Jerome and Montreal, but not enough for us to be 1h30 mins late. I was also 45 mins on the way up to tremblant from Montreal (on Friday the 8th at 2pm).
The driver saw me on the other side of the street waiting for an opening to cross the street and come into the bus and just drived away. I was in clear view and making some signs to him that I was coming over and I wasnt late or anything. He stopped for about 20 seconds and just drove away. Honestly I have been taking the bus for 10 years and I have never seen anything like that. I don't blame the whole company for this but I think it would be a pretty good idea to speak to the drivers. I didn't even get a refund because "the bus was passed". Seriously?
I bought my tickets by phone and at the beginning we were not in the list so we get to the bus at the end and got no water kit. I felt disappointed and stolen. At the end I gave the bus man my confirmation number. He doubt the authenticity. I insisted and finally get in the bus.
i had an issue with the fact that when i purchased the bus ticket it said that it was a direct bus Mont Tremblant-Montreal... but actually in reality it made over 10 stops on the way.
we arrived 20 mins behind schedule.
i would like to be contacted by someone from costumer care regarding this matter of false advertisement. 5147795366 Leon
We arrived 30 mins late to Montreal even though we didn’t hit any traffic, the issue was that we would stop in different towns every 15 minutes. Moreover, the bus heating was too strong, felt like a dehydrated tomato in there.
We had a trip booked from Tremblant to Montreal yesterday. The bus was supposed to leave at 5:30pm from the Shell gas station in Saint Jovite and get to Montreal at 7:45pm. The bus arrived over an hour late and we got to Montreal at 9:20pm. Now, I completely understand the roads were full of snow and there were delays. I'm NOT disappointed by the fact that the bus was late. That is NOT the issue. The BIG ISSUE is that we waited for an hour an a half outside a gas station with no information AT ALL to let us know how long this wait was going to be. We didn't even know if the bus was cancelled or what. This is absolutely NOT OK. We should get emails or texts or AT LEAST be able to phone someone to know where the bus is at. All the offices are closed, this is ridiculous. At the very least, the driver should contact the Shell station to tell the employees what's going on. We were lucky the weather was not too bad but seriously, the overall organization is extremely unpleasant and I am extremely dissatisfied.
The bus took 1.5 hours longer, I ended up getting off before we even reached the island of Montreal and taking public transit, as the conductor didn’t seem to know where he was going. I arrived home earlier via public transport 2 hours into my bus ride than I would have had I stayed the duration of my paid-for trip.
