The experience was simple and fast! The only thing was that it wasn't well indicated where to find the bus at the Montreal airport.

The bus trip itself from Montreal Airport to Ottawa Train station was very good. However, there is some chaos at the Stop 8 which could be minimized if some signage was provided. Specifically, outline what is the procedure for checking in when the bus arrives and getting luggage loaded into the correct carriage bins on the bus. There were two to three lines at one point and people didn't know which line to be in. There should only be one line up. One staff is looking at tickets in a willy-nilly manner and someone is trying to load bags. I was travelling with another person and we had a total of four bags. They were loaded into bins for 2 different spots. I tried to tell the guy who was loading that the four bags should be together and he ignored me. When we got off at the Ottawa Train Station train stop, the two large bags were unloaded. I explained that we were missing 2 smaller matching bags and pointed to the bin where they were loaded. He then accused me of telling him that I was going to a different stop and that is why the bags were not together. This is not the case but I wasn't prepared to make an issue! So this example I have shared is to illustrate that it is chaotic and confusing at the loading and it would help a lot if there was more information to people who are travelling for the first time on Orleans Express. It is a valuable service and I am grateful that we could take advantage of Orleans Express to get from Montreal to Ottawa.

The bus got on the road 15 minutes before the scheduled time which normally would be a good thing I guess but because of the traffic due to the solar eclipse I was on another from bromont and I had like 15.mins in between both bus that was supposed to be 30 mins and I had bought some food that I couldn't finish because they were calling for embarking already and I just couldn't afford missing the bus since it was the last leaving mtl to ottawa so tk make sure I didn't miss my flight

The journey was great. Only the road was a little rough and the driver had to brake suddenly a few times. But the driver was very kind and nice
