The second driver was more than 45min too late
My Greyhound bus from Dallas to Fort Worth on Oct 4 was supposed to leave at 4:20 pm. I kept checking with the Greyhound lady agent for the bus arrival time, as the notification board indicates "to see agent" and no bus platform was indicated. By 4:10 pm, the lady agent was announcing bus departure going to Los Angeles, etc. I asked where my Dallas bus is, and she told me to talk to the Los Angeles route bus driver. When I talked to him, he said "oh, the 4:20 pm Dalls bus to Fort Worth had already left". So, I went back to the lady agent who then told me that the LA route bus will take me to Fort Worth. This was a very very disorganized Greyhound for me. Had I not been persistent and on guard, I would have missed the LA bus altogether and had to wait for the next Dallas bus to Fort Worth. Not worth the time nor money saved to take Greyhound the next time. I would have taken the taxi back to Fort Worth, even though I have to spent more money but with no stress. Very bad business for Greyhound the way they operate there in Dallas station at Lamar St.
