This specific ride that I took went terribly. The bus broke down and the driver updated us about the situation. The driver was great and did his job well by keeping us informed. Those at the office didn't do a good job. They sent a backup bus from Pretoria and then decided halfway through to change to another bus from Colesburg/Colesville? We sat in the middle of the road for 6 hours waiting for another bus and arrived at our destination 8 hours late. We understand that malfunctions happen but there needs to be a better way to have readily buses or mechanics nearby.
