I am so greatful that i booked this bus,last nyt my son was boarding from Bloem to Mthatha and was late for check in,friendly guy called to ask the whereabouts of my son because the bus was 2 minutes away and he had not yet arrived to checkin..He was so carring.Thank u so much my son arrived safe at home

On 19/03/3025 I didn't like that the bus was late, alternatively we had to take a bus to Park Station to catch our bus to Cape Town . Except that it's confined and has tiny seats and our bags got wet as a result when it rained. Another this was that , the toilet was clean and we maintained it .The drivers were very informative and very helpful. They tried to keep up with the time although some people left for too long and we had to wait for them. Overall i enjoyed my trip and want to thank the team, we made it in peace and we have all our belongings safe with us. I would recommend it to others...🙏

The bus is old and it'd cold and also needs to cleaned more

The bus came almost 2 hours late. There was very little space. I had to share a 3-seater with a couple who occupied half of my seat. So I actually only had half a seat for a 7h bus ride. It was very uncomfortable.

I was wet till I got to JHB because the rain was coming inside licking from the top coming down the window, my left side was soaking wet. When arrived at park station the drivers only took out people who are going to Pretoria to another bus and left 3 people who are going to Midrand which doesn’t make sense because Pretoria and Midrand go same route. We went to Germiston to people and then came back to Midrand…no logic in this at all do I was late for work because we got to Midrand at 7:50 and bus was suppose to arrive in Midrand at 5:30am.

Ididn’t enjoy my time being wasted, taken from pillar to post changing non stop
