2 of the worse experience I normally love intercape but this 1 was bad old bus bad seats,so cold Ohhhh it was a lot
none so ever, firstly the bus was smelling urine, Intercape they need to work intensely on using strong camicals in cleaning the toilet. From the departing time the bus could not start but the driver shame kept trying to restart the bus,even on the road I could feel that there is something wrong with the bus it was jumpy as if there are potholes on the road till we got stuck for 2hrs at Hilton. I tried reporting the sitiation but the lady who attended my call was soo rude in such a way that she ear drop the call while I was still talking,eventually after waiting the other bus came. I would like to aplaude the driver who really kept calm about the situation and kept giving us feed back. We arrived In Jozi safe.

The bus was supposed to arrive at my destination at 16h30, it arrived at 18h00. The floor was soaking wet because of some leakage situation so we could not place things on the ground. We had to stop for a good while so that the leaking water issue could be fixed but it was not resolved.
Time wasn't kept according to schedule. TVs were not working. Seating space was good and bus moved smooth

I was supposed to get to Joburg at 05:00 but I only arrived at 12:00 because the bus broke down and we were expected to wait 6 hours for another bus
No I did not enjoy, bus had a breakdown it nearly burnt we were not even half away to joburg we had to get out of the bus in the middle of night around 11pm and we got the another bus around 5am and that time we were supposed to be in Joburg.
Bus from Johannesburg to Durban on the 4th April 2025 left at 20:30. The speed of which they were driving was too much, passengers were complaining & scared.. We arrived 4;30am instead of 5:45am. Our safety comes first. Durban to Johannesburg trip was a good one, both drivers were friendly & kept updating us about what was happening.

Firstly, we were put on a Eagleliner bus with no explanation. 2. The driver took more than 30 minutes to come out of Pinetown (not sure whether he didn't know the way out?). 3. We waited for about an hour at Heidelburg for the inspectors to finish what they were doing. 4. The bus was to arrive at 3pm in Jhb and instead we ended up arriving just before 6pm (3 hours later) 5. It was too hot inside the bus
Didn't enjoy the trip at all the bus was leaving water and there was a weird smell on the restroom and it took long to get to the location
