Service is good the problem is when were offloading the luggage I have to wait until all other people got their luggage bcose mine was far underneath as I took the bus at Pretoria

Enjoyed professional driving and arriving on time at the destination. The bad smell from the toilet made the bus unhygienic and lack of charging points on such a long trip was a total turn off and the bus spending about an hour at Joburg Station without any communication

The Bus at the station in Pretoria left after 20min not on the exact time. It broke down twice the management made excuses had to arrive 5 hours later in the middle of the night the least they could have done was to make sure when we arrive the was a little incentive. I would never use intercity again.

The service was poor and the air-condition,let along the time expected was not right ..we reached our destination two hours later ... i am really not happy with the service. The windows were not efficient as the rain water got inside when it was raining, resulting the ride to be even more uncomfortable

The bus was 30 min early and left at the exact time as scheduled, we arrived late because of the rain otherwise we had a good journey and good driver

I only enjoyed that the bus had working charging pots. The bus died at 01:00 am before reaching Montrose and another bus was only sent at 05:46 am. A trip that was suppose to end at 7:30 ended 5 hours later with no care from management

Bad bad bad bad bad experience ever, driver was very rude, the aircon was way too cold and when requesting for warm a cooler the driver became rude and never answered any of us, even when a baby was coughing because of the coldness he acted as if he did not hear that , i will never recommend this bus ever again this is my second bad experience i thought thevmight be changes

bus stuck in pretoria, then in Durban the driver refused to stop at south beach as stated on the ticket

Firstly the bus got faulty within 10 minutes from the station as it was supposed to leave at 19:30 but ended up leaving at 20:30 where at just became stationary. We only left Pretoria at 23:31 . Their bus was technically not ready to take such a long trip. Thanks
