The drivers were not strict about time during break time. Fifteen minutes turned to twenty minutes. They also dropped off people and added more during stops. The trip took 30 hours instead of 28 hours due to this.

I liked the that the assistant driver was very communicative and helped to ensure that everyone drops-off where they are supposed to drop-off.
What I didn't like is that my arrival time was 3 hours and 20 minutes late to the arrival time that I was written on my ticket. There where too many stops that also is the reason the bus got delayed and making my arrival time to Cape Town late.

The bus is not suitable for long distance travelers especially from Durban to Capetown the sits are so uncomfortable. There is no enough space between the sits. Not all changing ports are working we had to share with other passengers.
No toilet, on top of that the driver's doesn't prioritize the passengers that are already in the bus they only stop to pick up new passengers. They have few breaks while they don't have a toilet in the bus. I recommend it to take passengers that will travel less than 15 hours.
And the drop off in Bellville is not safe I don't know pick up but please find a different drop off that will be safe for passengers that has parking.

Exceptionally bad .. the driver was rude, unprofessional and very aggressive toward his passengers, the bathroom was a mess - it was no cleaned and after people had used it there was no clean up it was left messy and filthy and deplorable ! I totally hated this experience when the kids vomited ( not mines) nobody cleaned this mess - therefore the entire bus wreaked of vomit - absolutely despicable ! i was blown away - i have never had an experience like this, and to top it off we still arrived 3 hours after the designated timeslot .. this is the worse experience i have ever had i am doubtful i will use your service again !
