I am very disappointed in their service, in my whole business traveling experiences I have never experienced what I experienced with greyhound bus services, it was extremely disappointing
Provide passengers with an idea of the stops left to get to the destination.
The trip was too long, and almost the whole time we had no idea how much more time was left for us to reach our stop.
Can't really rate the whole company but the bus we had was really bad. No air conditioning, charging points didn't work, cracked windows, seat belts doesn't function and 8 hours late to destination.
Lack of communication
Bus breaks down in the middle of nowhere
Bags get tossed into the bus breaking my belongings
Impatient staff
Very bad customer service
Bus was very cold and second bus was very hot
The staff and service are overall good just the hygiene part on the bus need to improve the lateness is unavoidable and totally acceptable the drivers are safe and take good care of all the passengers
The bus broke down 4hours away to the destination, stayed for more than 5hours waiting for backup, no communication with the passengers about the issue. The list goes on, spent the whole day waiting for nothing and ended up overspending unexpectedly.
The intecape drivers are very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. They speak to passengers as if we are their kids. There's one driver in particular that I hope I never see again! He needs to learn manners and he shouldn't be working in the service delivery industry with his attitude!
Worst traveling expirience I've ever expirience, bus broke down and took 4 hrs for a replacement and on top of that made unscheduled and uncommunicated stops. We ended up being 8 hours off schedule
All charging spot were broken and bus drivers were rude when we ask. Bus had a broken tire and we had to walk to the garage and wait for it and we arrive late at 23h00 in capetown and we just stand there in the middle of the night trying to uber and our phones didn't have batteries because we couldn't charge our phones due to no charging spot on the bus m very disappointed
Good service but drive needs to give passengers time at known intervals. they must also announce next stop or pick-up. As a first time long distance traveller. Didn't know where to get off the bus.
No intertainment , television not working at all, put more staff to hep with check- ins, provide us with plastics for garbage on each seat, some of chrging points not working .
Comfortable, clean and most of the charging ports are working. However it would be appreciated for passenger to be given at least 3-4 stops during the trip, as we only got 2 stops
Intercape is a good bus and can be more comfortable if they can upgrade when it comes to sits because we can't bend nicely more especially when u traveling a long distance please
