The bus is fine. But, after about 2 and half hours, our bus got to some kind of police station, where we spent more than 2 hours. Nobody explained anything, but, apparently, they were searching for illegal things of some sort
I wished to get more information because the bus was broken. I just got information of the other passengers. It’s also bad that we waited 5 hours or something on the highway. No discount or something...
Very comfortable seats and enjoyed the cushion and blanket. Very efficient on leaving Foz. Toilet was blocked. Wifi didn’t work. No one could speak English.
Freezing cold below. I could not sleep at all. No blankets. No water. I paid a lot of money. Wifi not working. Also the bus is very old and makes loud transmission noises.
Didnt even notice any staff. No TV for the entire trip. Said Wifi on the bus but there was no wifi what so ever. Delayed arrival to Sao Paulo by 2 hrs. No stops to shop for food, drinks or anything. Paid the same amount for 17 hr busride in Argentina which was infinitely better; food, staff showed they were actually on the bus, played movies, and arrived on time. This was not worth the price.
The bus arrived 3 hours after the stated time on the tickets and didn't go to the terminal I'd been told it would so the driver told me to get off and get a taxi. Pretty poor.
