No water in the bathroom! This is after soaping up my hands. No sign or anything. Told the driver and he just said he knew about it, but there was nothing he could do!
Passengers have shared positive experiences, highlighting the cleanliness and punctuality of the buses, as well as friendly and accommodating drivers. However, there are concerns about baggage handling issues such as damaged luggage locks. Additionally, some users mentioned chaotic boarding processes in Lisbon Oriente due to multiple buses at one platform.
Gipsyy Lisbon Madrid recent customer reviews
Drivers were great but I purchased premium and XL seat. My knees were jammed against the seat infront of me and if I even shifted a little I’d make contact with the person sitting next to me. Also, it says power outlet. It’s a USB, not a power outlet. If the person next to me wasn’t nice enough to lend me the USB I would have been terribly stuck.

When staying on the way, that restaurant 15 minutes away is not good at all and there is no place to washroom.
Customers have expressed satisfaction once they found the bus at the station. However, there were concerns about the lack of clear signage indicating where the bus would arrive, causing confusion for passengers. Clear signage could improve overall customer experience and lead to better reviews.

On time. Quiet and generally relaxing. The time passed very quickly. The drivers were excellent. I would use again.

when we arrived to our connection in Coimbra, they left us on the street and nobody explained anything to us, they closed the doors of the station right on our faces, we had to wait on the street along other passangers. Also the bus was supposed to arrive at 11, and it arrived like 11:30. Now, on the bus, my seat was broken and the screen in front didnt work
