Terrible we had to get off the bus in the desert in the middle of nowhere and wait two hours for another bus i missed the entire appointment which is why I came to LA. And I dont even have a way back now because that was my way of making money. Im a vendor. I missed the grounding and check in. The event is ending at 11

Bus showed up an hour late and we were all stuck waiting in 113 degree weather. Pickup spot was different than indicated, about half the people were waiting in the wrong place. I have taken Flix buses all over the planet and this was the most poorly maintained one I’ve seen. Most of the folding trays on the back of the seats had either broken off or were haphazardly hanging like the one in front of me for five hours. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Shame on Flix bus for allowing this

Bus driver told me i was at my stop. He had me i disembarked no where near my destination which was 2.5 hours away. By the time I realized this the bus was gone, it left immediately after i got off. Customer service has yet to get back to me even though i contacted them immediately. 3 days and not even an email. Won't be using their service again ever.

First, we had to stop for gas within the first 5 minutes. The bus was hot and the AC keep stopping. We had to stop on of the road 2 times so the driver could get the AC to work.

Got us from A to B but took longer than usual. Driver had a habit of reading his phone while driving. The worst thing was we didn’t realise the LA office was right next to Skid Row. As tourists from abroad we got dropped off in the evening with all our bags in the dodgiest part of the city. I’ve never felt more unsafe and I would have appreciated a word of warning from staff before the drop off. Thankfully our Uber came quickly. Would not recommend this service to female tourists travelling solo.
