The seat is a bit uncomfortable to sleep in even after declining! Can be improved for sure!
The driver was great , but the check in set up at Lisboa Oriente was terrible. We lined up for over an hour and still didn’t get to check in , the driver just had to come and collect us .
Excellent ride. Except toilets should be free
Have to pay 1€ for the bathroom, do not see appropriate
One of the best bus ride I had
Wifi was not working and driver refused to make any corrective action
The ride was good, the long stop at night left the bus with radio on.
Comfortable seats and air conditioning
Very comfy ride with WiFi included. But don't understand the logic of toilet on bus needs 1 Euro per use.
Need better signage at the bus depot to find what line/ where bus departs
Difficult to find which part of very large bus station the bus was leaving - otherwise very nice bus
The vehicle was in good condition, the driver was pleasant. They should have space on the board at Sete Rios for the Pickup time and Lane Number. That provides peace of mind for travellers.
Coach was lovely and clean and comfortable and driver drove very well. Felt safe in transit .
Não deveria cobrar para usar banheiro, e ainda não havia papel para mãos, já que passagem foi paga.
Comfortable ride. Not much leg room. No charging points for phone. Appreciated the free Wifi
Long stop for passengers during trip
The driver is very nice, the drive is very smooth and pleasant. I would recommend to take bus to Seville.
Apenas que foi difícil identificar se era mesmo o nosso ônibus porque o nome Alsa estava escrito bem pequeno em uma placa de apenas um lado. Tivemos que perguntar se aquele ônibus era realmente o que nos levaria para Sevilla.
Comfy seats, on time, clean bus and clear announcements for stops, but with limited leg room and music on through the overnight journey so needed earplugs to sleep
Overall a horrible experience. The information about the bus wasn’t even posted on the boards at the station. Bus stop staff were incredibly rude. On our tickets but was to arrive at 2130 but on others it said 2200. Was worried we missed our bus. WHen on the bus the heat was cranked up so high that both my significant other were dripping in sweat by the time we got to Seville. Someone asked for the bus driver to turn down the heat too. Awful experience, never again.
Comfortable trip, friendly deiver
The driver was texting on his phone frequently while driving on the freeway. I was sitting in seat 4 and I asked him to please not text while driving. He did stop.
Great first experience. Would definitely take the bus again
It was a great ride.
I gave everything 5 stars, though it was a little tough to find where to check in. No signs anywhere.
was not exact location to board anytime beforehand. I thought with no single doubt i can board at the bus *terminal* specified, but it was actually *outside* terminal, a random spot in the middle of the road. I could almost missed my bus as i have been waiting for 20 mins+ at a erong place which ks not my fault. (it was worsened by the fact there was nobody official providing information or speaking english in the bus terminal. it was also operated by flix bus (green one) without priornotice. The bus was comfortable and spacey, but hacing not been notified beforehand it sent me panicking again making me thinking i missed eurolines bus i was supposed to board. very disorganized and lack of professionalism. i highly doubt if i would be refunded smoothly if i eventulaly had missed my bus which was very likely.
The bus was comfortable& overall experience is great
On my printed ticket it said to be there at 12.15, the bus arrived at 13.30. At the bus station nobody could tell me where the bus stop was. I have been going backwards and forwards. There is no sign at all to tell it is a bus stop. It was very disturbing! Huge price difference between passengers. I paid 54 euro, another only 20 euro. The bus went into lots of cities and villages without picking up or departing other passengers. Waist of time, petrol etc. overall not very happy. Cheers karin
Driver was disagreeable. No toilet paper in bathroom and when a woman asked for some, she never got any and it stayed without toilet paper the entire trip.
