Alianza Lisbon Seville recent customer reviews
The bus is uncomfortable and experience is really bad
Driver was polite and welcoming. Bus ride was comfortable.WiFi worked. Trip was safe and reliable
Very confusing as to where to get the bus from at the Lisbon station. No signs or monitors to help indicate what bus to board. The bus had no markings of destination and everybody was crowding around the driver asking questions. The driver spoke no English or Portuguese and couldn’t even help. When I asked ‘Seville’ he looked at me like I was asking to be taken to Mars. There was little to no information before or during the journey on the change needed. Thankfully a passenger helped us out. Poor communication, no signage, not a good experience. The bus was on time at least.
