I am not mad about it being late though because I was one of the late passengers so it kind of saved me! The only thing I would say is that for trips THAT long, we definitely need a bus with charger ports! It was soooo difficult to have all of our phones die on a 8 hour bus drive.
Excellent service Great safe driver
WiFi has not worked
The busdriver was rude and was not very helpful.
Bus was ready and on schedule. Driver was friendly and courteous.
Bit hard to understand break times and stop overs as Ethel drivers didn’t explain them in English. But we had no issues with times
Bus was really hot. Air conditioning was not working well.
Driver could have driven smoother
The bus was meant to arrive at 530AM but instead arrived at 615AM. Because of this, I was 10 minutes late to check in at the airport and missed my flight, completely forcing me to buy a new plane ticket.
