It was an absolute shambles!! When I finally discovered where your buses were in Heathrow Airport, and I found the bus to Gatwick Airport, I was told by the driver that he was meant to go into Gatwick Airport but did not have enough 'drive time left' so I had to wait on the next bus which was in 30mns. Mayhem

Did not travel...I made a mistake...booked on the wrong date, waited 15 mins to speak to a call center person...said cannot help...no empathy at all..Megabus are a big company, I am sure they can consider genuine mistakes and surely can support customers who are travelling the very next day...I completely take the onus of the mistake...but I am sure the company could accommodate a single passenger on the next day who had already paid for the ticket...just due to various other issues in his life made a genuine mistake whilst booking
Be careful. I put down the wrong departure time (1240am vs 1240pm), tried to quickly correct it for 5 passengers and was told they could do nothing. Over 100 bps down the drain. Used Uber with no problem.
Once we found the bus station the rest was easy. We booked on the 10:00am bus but were early. The driver allowed us on the 8:10 bus at no extra charge.
