Disappointed, a total disgrace, service rubbish and unacceptable behaviour from the staff at the coach station. No one to given answers only after 2 hours. Left my work early to go to Victoria coach station and expected to arrive in Broadstairs around 8 pm but even after 6;30 pm there was still no coach at all.
Engine problem and nothing but saying that an engineer will come from Dover to fix it.

Didn't catch the bus because it was too long a journey. Train strike was cancelled so could go by train. Not happy because no refunds available from national express
