Old bus, rough ride, plus to get to the TJ airport took about 2 1/2 hrs to get tgere from Chulavista Ca. Because we were transfer to a local shuttle ride with a rude driver. We decided to cath a taxy the soon we cross the border cause the driver said to otger cusyomer wasn't hus fault if he will lose hus flight.
When I first got there, the staff was nice. He directed me to the place where I should line up. 30 minutes later a woman comes up to the group lines up and tells us to move away. She was extremely rude to the group. I wish she treated the passengers with respect.
My first greyhound experience was the worst ever. My bus was supposed to leave at 8:00am and literally 5 mins left to 8 they told us it was going to be an hour delayed. Second we were on our way by Irvine CA when all of a sudden the bus driver tells us he has to go back to Santa Ana because he “missed a stop” so we turned the bus back around 30min back to Santa Ana only for a 5 min stop. That’s incredibly ridiculous. My bus was supposed to get to my destination at 11:50 and I ended up getting there at 2:30 and I missed my flight due to that incident. Worst bus ride ever! First and last time.
I payed for a bus service, not a Van service. They didn’t have the seat that I payed for and they “paid” for another seat at ANOTHER Vas company!! I left 2 hrs late. I don’t even know how I am going to return home because they might not have my seat again and I do not wish to return in a Van when I paid for a bus service
