The man at the front desk was supposed to give me my ticket and he totally forgot then he didn’t even call me when my bus was boarding and the bus left. It was an overall 2 hour wait. That was so unprofessional.
It really was a terrible service the departed 1:15 minutes late leaving the office at 6th and wall street, therefore it cost me not getting to the airport in tijuana on time i missed my flight thanks to your bus service.

The ride was fine but Greyhound was careless regarding our luggage causing it to be stolen during the ride.
The second bus to that was goin to drive everyone through TJ never came. Waited outside for 90 minutes in the rain along with 20 other angry passengers whom were elderly & not probably dressed to be standing outside in general. Truly was very frustrating. We had to call taxi/ Uber/ walk so feels like I didn’t get what I payed for givin that I had to walk in the rain the rest of the way.
The bus driver was rude to seniors and we had to wait about one hour I believe it was the Santa Ana station because she was having some misunderstanding with some people. Very rude driver.
