Driver gave a terrible servi e. Very irresponsible and unkind.
Horrible service!!!! They are rude to the costumers, the timelines are totally out of schedule... the driver was horrible and rude to all the costumers... that lady has a nasty mood.... the buses are dirty and in a very bad condition... My flight was at 5pm, I didn't make it on time and had to pay extra and wait. Honestly the attitude of mostly all of the staff was absolutely hideous not to mention the times are NOT what they say they will be.
Wifi didn't work
Service was terrible after San Isidro. When we changed buses, the guy who put our luggage in the new bus, went inside the bus to ask for money. Then, minutes later, when we needed to check in Aduana on the border, we had to take our luggage out by ourselves and then needed to put it back ourselves one more time. I don't understand this kind of service. I'm very disappointed! Don't get me wrong, the service between LA and San Isidro was pretty good.
