Bus was comfortable and ride was good. It just took a lot longer than 3hrs advertised. It was a 4.5hr trip but not the fault of the driver. Seemed to be road work that slowed things down quite a bit. But all in all I would ride with them again.

We took the 4:25 bus from Medellín to Jardín. It took 3.5 hours. The bus was very comfortable and the driver very helpful and careful driver. It was actually very relaxing despite all the curves. The driver even offered to drop us closer to our destination. Gorgeous views along the way.

Staff were very rude, they laughed at me for telling them i had a severe allergy to nuts and continued giving them out to all the passengers. I opened a window to try to get some air but they refused to let me and forced me to close the window even after I told them how severe my allergy was. Was such a horrible nasty experience.
