First of all the bus they sent on the route was different than the advertised, smaller and more uncomfortable, little to no space for luggage so 30% of passengers had to bring their bags on board completely blocking the aisle making it very unsafe in case of an accident and imposible to use the toilet, then the driver stopped a couple of times to pick and drop off passengers even tho it was a direct route with no stops in between, he mentioned it was because he has an agreement with the lady at the terminal to not sell one of the seats so he can pickup and drop off people making some pocket money for himself. driver kept the radio really loud and the AC on 30 degrees, we were on the first row of seats, and the floor under us was really hot the entire trip, apparently is not well isolated from the engine and it’s just unbearable, toilet had no running water, no soap, no tissues or toilet paper, it was smelly and dirty.
