I liked that the bus was comfortable and warm ,the driver drove professionally, it was charging as it's charging ports were all functional, what I didn't like is the fact that we arrived late to our destination because our driver had to wait 30 minutes at Durban station for passengers going to Richardsbay who we were told that they were coming with the other intercape driver from Capetown ,we waited for 30 minutes unfortunately the other bus didn't arrive in time with those passengers we ended up leaving without them,I was suppose to reach Mvoti plaza at 7am but we only got there at half past 8,I ended up not going to work
