A serious fault: the location of your terminal is wrongly indicated as Calle 14, Carrera 3, the oficina. Fortunately despite it being 0550h some kind soul directing me to the right location

Unhelpful staff. One very rude. Buses didn’t run/operate due to national protests/ blockades but company Unitransco knew nothing about what potentially might be the plan. Told to come back at 9pm to catch later 10pm bus but terminal locked up and bus locked up and didn’t run either. No information or help with what happens next.
