Bus was almost two hours late with absolutely no communication or anything to suggest why. Toilets were filthy and stank up the whole bus. Heating was on full blast for the whole duration, very stuffy and uncomfortable. We couldn't open the windows as the driver closed it again. Usb port did not work. Spend a bit more and take another bus. Goodnight and God bless.
It was not a comfy ride whatsoever. No AC in teh bus, no comfort position to sleep, dirty and smelly. But the driver was a master of its kind, very good But on the other hand, no driver shall be driving more than 8 h and we went for 15h! Driver must change on the way!
Fine service overall, staff was helpful, but would have been Nice with a check on the second floor once in a while since the aircon was turned off the first 6 hours of the drive, making it impossible to sleep
The staff on this trip were unbelievably bad. Despite repeated requests to turn off heaters, we were all trapped on an 85+degree bus for 16 hrs. It was suffocating. At only terminal stop on route driver refused to let us off for toilets or to get water. Finally relinquished but before even 3 of us had used bathroom he had pulled out of lot and driving slowly away making people run after him. Only when spouses tried to get off and threats about their passports being on the missing spouse did he finally stop. A half hour later he stopped at a roadside camp where he and his crew ate a hot breakfast while we all stood by side of road in a remote location where we could not even get a bottle of water. 16 hrs in a bus where radiators at my side had to be covered with blankets as they were too hot to touch, and no access to water and NO service. Don't know why they even bothered to put a attendant on board... This was such a contrast to all our other bus trips. Would suggest people walk rather than take this company with this particular crew!
