Recommended for traveling overnight! We even got a vegetarian meal! We had seats all the way in the back downstairs, very comfy and everything worked (usb charger, tv). It was very hot and moist during the night. Every once and a while it seemed they turned on the aircon and then it was freezing.
Good buscompany, comfortable seats. Our bus was an hour late and arriveerde 2,5 hours later than scheduled.
Nice bus journey. The TV speakers are too loud. They do turn off the TVs at night.
Our experience with Tepsa was horrible. To start, the bus was 2 hrs late. The bus driver drove 100 down the road and got pulled over by the police , he was also going 80-95 around all the bends on the hill. Trucks coming in the oposit ditection kept honking because our drive was always in the other lane on the high hill. The movies played at a very high volume and when asked by multiple passengers to turn the volume down, he did not. When the movie finished, the opening scene would play over and over for about a half an hour because the guy responsible was talking with the drive. This was not en enjoyable experience.

Okay. Wouldn't take a long haul bus again - regardless of the company. They do have a weird rule about pooping on the bus as well...
Overnight bus and the seats barely reclined. Extremely uncomfortable for 15 hours
We had a good trip. Unfortunately different screens had different movies and did'nt work all the time. Besides that it was a comfortabele trip!

Late departure but very comfortable seat . Make huge difference . Did not have the same seat than the one I booked.
There was no vegetarisme me Al although there was an lotion in the app ehile booking. There was no Wi-Fi on board although Cruz wel Sur is advertising with that.
The service was smooth and we quite enjoy using Cruz del Sur around Peru. However, the bus did not match what we booked online. They said we would have XL seats and we found them to be no different from the previous seats we had in other trips with CDS. There was also no USB ports, which we had in previous trips.
Seats ok, food was Server, which was great. Climate System was to cold!
Very comfortable 180 degree seat! Lousy breakfast though, cannot be that hard arranging something a bit better. And no toilet paper, which is really bad.
The bus was 1 hour late. The service was good, the comfort as well.
Seats comfortable and charging ports very handy. Blankets and pillows were useful as got quite cold.
