It was awful. This is the worst experience I've ever had. In 1st stop, I went to the rest room for a very short moment. The Bus left me and my luggage was in the bus. The employee at the 1st Stop put me on the next bus to Boston and it should arrive within 2 hours 4h45 PM . It was late and I left finally at 5h44. When I arrived at South Station Boston at 7h30 PM all offices were closed and I did not recuperate my baggage left in the previous bus. Tonight I have no change of clothes and am only left with what I wore.

Reasonably comfortable seating, clean restroom facilities, arrived early on my trip from NYC to Boston. The wi-fi was incredibly weak and essentially non-functional, but that's normal for these bus lines.

I had a really bad time during 4 hour ride. The whole bus smelled strong pee odor which caused me nausea and headache. I couldn’t breathe for even a second without gagging. I had to hold my breath, cover my nose throughout the ride. It was terrible.

I enjoyed the people I met and friendly bus driver but the AC didn’t work. There were also no windows open so it felt like a sauna and we ended up having an extra hour added to our trip. In all this heat we were only given a 15 minute break to step outside.
