There was cockroaches on the bus ,there is screws sticking out from sests and we were very late compare to initial time of arival . It was very very bad

I had a terrible experience with intercity Xpress , it was ridiculously late and it also had so many problems. I was suppose to arrive at 16:20 but I ended up arriving at 18:00.

Uncontrolled Aircon has lended me in hospital 💔 m still lying down very sick, broken seats cause conflict in passengers,longest driving to the destination,
Well experienced driver but relied on passengers for the route that we had to use our apps to get to the destination,
