The ride was smooth and enjoyable! My complaint is about the lack of clear signs and information about where to find the bus. I speak English and there was no one to help at all. The people at the terminal that I asked to help me, did not speak English and they were not interested in helping. I got filled with anxiety because I didn’t want to miss my bus.

The bus and driver were excellent, the only thing is at the station I had to go to information to figure out where I was supposed to go to catch my bus,and they explained that I need to read my bus number then read the relating letter on their screen which showed a D and that was my gate to go to .maybe a simple explanation on my online ticket would have helped me save their time and mine.but again it all worked out for me and I was happy with the service.
