The first driver from Lisbon is very professional and talented, five stars. But the other two drivers who took over him are not well trained. They talk too much and delayed the trip.

the bus tyre was bad and it was shaking. i developed joint and backaches from the trip.

Cara H.September 1, 2017 |

The second bus driver drove fast and recklessly. I was so scared and my husband and I couldnt sleep. The second driver on our journey was very rude to us and refused to assist us, instead both second drivers seemed more concerned in befriending a female passenger than the safety of all passengers. I was shocked that we paid so much for our tickets and received such shocking service. I will never use this bus line again.
