A perfect ride. The bus driver was very polite and knowledgeable, the bus was super comfortable
Great trip - very comfortable
I post my bus and redes to buy another ticket to Santiago de Compostela. The address that I had in my tickets confused me. I was right in front of Casa da Music.
Only complaints were with the driver. He did not announce station until arrival and due to unknown time difference I had to hurry off wearing reading glasses. Also let the bus get too hot by not turning on fan.
The driver was careful and focused at all times. A most enjoyable trip.
No toilet om the bus station and the toilet om the bus SAS NOT working and no Ester for handwash. Very bad
The worse part was the bus driver. He was upset and he was not kind at all with the passengers. He did not want to answer questions. He was angry and hostile
I was very happy with the service, the comfort in the on time arrival
Reliable service and good driver! Would have been beneficial with USB or socket, a garbage bag and maybe a toilet onboard (or a break ).
Everything was on schedule. No worries.
Excellent service, clean and on time
The bus from porto to santiago was excellent and on time and pleasant bus driver.
Great driver. Calm and safe. We arrived a little early which was perfect.
Nothing but complements
The service was efficient, the personnel pleasant and helpful and the bus was very comfortable
Bus was comfortable. We only made one stop where we had enough time to use the restroom but it was sufficient. We actually arrived a bit early to Santiago de Compostela. Overall a very good experience.
I was very happy with the ALSA bus and service. The bus actually arrived a bit before time in Santiago da Compostela. The bus was clean and comfortable enough. It made 2 or 3 stops, picking up or dropping off passengers. There was a toilet break at one of the stops. There should be a public toilet at Porto Casa da Musica Interface.
the busdriver drove like a F1 pilot
The driver was very timely; however, he took the turns very fast and at times I felt he was making unsafe choices. I’ve had better drivers in the past. He was courteous and helpful.
The driver was very kind
Several uncomfortable things happened on ghe bus. A woman couldnt get the bathroom opened and the bus driver refused to assist. Finally, he stopped and opened it for her, but then he yelled at people for keeping the door open for others, even though they had all technically paid, trying to help tbe poor young wo.an who dedperately needed the toilet. Also, when we got to Santiago, some of the foreign passengers realized tbey had missed tbeir stop becausd he didnt announce it. Msybe he skipped a stop? I felt really bad for ghd people who were being mistreated
Very pleasant trip. Didn’t expect the stops but very short and convenient. We arrived on time !!!
The bus did not check it one hour before departure, as it was written on the ticket! The bus had a technical problem and we were shifted to another one from another company!
20 7 at stop 1645 (bus due 1655) - local bus on parada (engine running) - no sign of Alsa, keep looking c 1700 see bus leaving airport ... Spend night in Porto (no hardship) 0900 on time, spends c 15 minutes boarding (driver v helpful) but have to alight in Braga to buy new ticket (36,00) (can supply scans of both)
Will use this service again in the future.
Bus on time, seats comfortable. Would use again.
I don't mind paying a euro to use a WC, but when I pay for it I expect that the facility is clean and is stocked appropriately with soap, tissues, and toilet paper. The one on this Alsa bus was not clean and had no tissues or toilet paper. There is no excuse for this when charging a paying customer to use a facility.
Llegamos temprano - gracias!
