Well organised and friendly staff
Great Comfortable Bus with Wifi and Washrooms... Great reclining seats and Bus driver was friendly and organized... All good! I'll take Alsa again for sure!
Disappointed in no bus station in Centro Porto stop
I was so confused. I had a ticket for bus 602 but only had a bus 601 option. It wasn't direct to the Porto airport, as promised, but instead had several stops. No bathroom stops we scheduled but we made one for ourselves. At least we got to the airport at the promised time.
Alsa bus is not bad for transportation to Porto.
Despite some issues the trip was excellent.
Bus was fine. Felt safe. On time. Drive was not friendly. But bathrooms locked and no opportunity to use facility during 3 + hours was not good.
Would travel again on ALSA. Clean, comfortable, and arrived ahead of schedule.
It was good
Driver was polite, efficient and very safe on the road.
The Toilette must have open
Driver was rather arrogant
very good service.
Easy trip with no hassles
I would have liked a bigger sign on the bus and some indication it was going to Porto. The check-in could have started a little earlier as well. I was also panicked because I arrived only 15 mins before the bus departed but check-in hadn’t even started yet -the ticket said arrive 30-40 mins early, an unnecessary instruction.
Very safe driver packing all luggage in order.
It was good and comfortable
Great service. No onboard toilet though. Maybe the driver could tell passengers in advance.
Overall a good experience, staff were very helpful and patient with a large crowd. Better signage at SCQ airport and SDC station would help.
We were satisfied with the service.
There was poor guidance at the bus stop. Buses should be labeled accordingly to limit confusion. The bus driver needs an additional person to check bus tickets.
The driver was excellent when dealing with travellers. Many foreigners. He was very patient.. Considering the rain, he was also very good at handling the bus . Excellent driver!
Very good service
We expected a bus with toilets. We were disappointed and thought we paid too much for the service.
Overall good. Seat numbering not working.
Good service allround
It was OK
