Debido al inconveniente en la carretera cruz del sur debe estar preparado y por lo menos tener botellas de agua para no deshidratar a los pasajeros q sin comer estuvimos todo el día ….
The bus bit a big truck. The passengers were not informed about what that meant. Four hours later we were transferred to another bus. The rioting on the road added even more time to the trip. I understand Superciva is not responsible for the rioting but it is for the accident.
We spent 35 soles on a taxi to Plaza Norte, and then the bus came back into Lima and we probably could have boarded the bus much closer to Barranco where we were staying. Food was cold and unappealing. The entertainment system was great but one of our set's was broken so my partner couldn't use his. The tray tables inour row were also broken. When the person in front put their seats down to sleep, the tray tables were hanging down on our legs, leaving very limited space. When we asked the very unfriendly host on the bus how much it would cost to move to the extra large seats below, she said it would cost 110 soles. Was that including the price we already paid? When I signed up for the bus, I did not notice an option to get an extra large seats. Absolutely no wifi.
We crashed in a tunnel and it was an awful experience. The staff handled it well, but we continued to drive with broken windows and glass all over the floor. We arrived four hours after our scheduled arrival time.
Generally the trip was good. But we paid for a bus with usb charger, something very important for us, and in the bus there wasn't charger. The staff of the bus until last moment was telling us that will find a charger and never told us clearly that we couldn't charge. When we complained about that at the kiosk of the company at the terminal they didn't even charge our phones for 5 minutes we asked. They didn't even try. We could choose the superciva for our next route but of course we didn't. They told us also for our next route we asked that there is a possibility for the bus to have usb charger but they couldn't know.
Great! Attendant was helpful and spoke some English which was a bonus. Recliners are so comfy! Most I’ve ever slept on a bus. And we arrived an our early to Arequipa!
Paid extra for Tepsa because they offered fully reclining seats, wifi. WiFi stopped working after 10 minutes. Seats were exactly the same as what I would've paid for on another other bus line. Started blasting a movie at 6:30 in the morning, when most people were still asleep. Also, the address for the (Lima) Tepsa station on my ticket was incorrect. Had to pay for an additional taxi, and almost missed the bus. Will not be riding with Tepsa again.
The staff on the bus was excellent as they tried to accommodate our needs. Your staff at the station was not accommodating. We asked for vegetarian meals and WiFi. Please remove the offer of WiFi if your buses don’t have it. Poor choice of violent movies for a company who caters to families. There where many small children watching killings. Not exactly a family atmosphere. I’m sure there more then just action killing movies about war and revenge avaible. Thanks for listening. This is just a start.
The staff including those on the ground was very polite and helpful. The bus ride was pretty comfortable and it arrived earlier than schedule. We are very pleased that we decided to take the bus rather than to fly which would have cost much more.
We bought our tickets on the 19th of july. But the road was already distroyed on the 18th by a earth quake! So were our tickets unvalid when we bought it!
We have change it for an other destination but it was really difficult with the staff who didn't understand anything... it took more than 90 minutes...
