Bus arrived 4 hours late, which to be fair the staff couldn't do anything about but them lying to us about when the bus was going to arrive they did. Wifi was advertised but as per usual "it wasn't working that day", a problem when you run your own business on a 24 hour bus. Upon arrival to the terminal it was even worse, having never been to Lima before as a traveller the least you could expect from a large bus terminal is some wifi or at least one helpful staff member, neither of which there were. Left stranded in the outskirts of the city. Only positive was the quality of the seat on the bus itself.

Seats lay almost completely flat and were comfortable. TV on seat was broken. Difficult to sleep because the driving was so bad—wild and turns and aggressive breaking. There was a WiFi network but the staff told me no WiFi—I think it was only for staff. No outlets to charge electronics. The bathroom was only for ‘number 1’ and the bus never stopped for a bathroom break.
