I am lodging a complaint. received notification that the bus eta was delayed with an hour, at 16h45 we enquired as the bus was supposed to pick up at 13h00. was waiting at the pick up point the whole time, when we phoned they said the buss passed already, we were waiting there, so bus did not stop to pick us up
