Bus driver was rude and unhelpful. I purchased our seats online and the pdf confirmation showed we both had the same seat number. Causes lots of problems with the driver
I purchased a ticket for the route beginning at the bus station, but wasn't able to make it on time, so I had to take the bus that left from the airport, and the driver insisted on charging me for that ticket as well, so I had to pay double
No problems encountered using this bus company. The driver was considerate and clear with instruction, particularly in relation to mask wearing. The coach showed signs of wear but the journey was comfortable and on time.
Bus was fine however I booked through ALSA so was looking for an ALSA bus but the bus was owned by a different company. There were no signs so it was difficult to find which was the right bus
This service would have been great if everyone would have silenced their phones. It’s not appropriate to carry long conversations on the phone while riding a bus
This was our first trip to Granada & the first time travelling with Alsa & I have to say how impressed we were with the service. The information at the bus terminal was straight forward, the bus left on time, arrived on time & the bus was clean & comfortable. The return journey was exactly the same.
Bus trip was good and seat comfort was fine. Only irritating thing was there is no assigned seats so solo travelers got on and took one seat in a row and couples had to split up. Also elderly people did not get priority seating.
The trip was great except for the woman working at the desk in the Granada station. We had tickets for a 1830 bus to Malaga and the board showed two buses at 1830 going to the Malaga airport. When I inquired about it showed shrugged and waved me off. The gentleman on the platform in a green vest explained to me that the bus stops at Malaga station first then continues to the airport.
It was confusing that ticket says bus #1, so one assumed bus platform #1, when bus was at location #24, and screens with departures was not working. Location should be on the ticket.
