I loved the driver very friendly but I was an hour late to my destination because the bus was missing two lug nuts and we had to transfer buses
Slow but gets the job done
I usually don’t get carsick riding buses but oh my, the moment I got on Peter Pan I immediately felt carsick due to the smell. Check in staff weren’t friendly at all. They were inpatient to answer my questions about my ticket, which I was certain was supposed to be Expressed with ZERO transfer when I booked via Busbud, not needing a bus transfer from Boston to Amherst. I ended up having to transfer in Springfield. I am very disappointed with this whole experience. Needless to say, I won’t be riding a Peter Pan bus in a very long time.
Awful. The bus driver was thoroughly insane and i got off the bus out of confusion.
Staff was friendly and driver provided transfer info that I needed, so no complaints
Bus from Boston to Springfield... shocks/struts questionable. Or is the highway that bad?!
I bought a ticket for a direct route from Boston to Amherst and there ended up being a bus switch where the second bus was an hour delayed. What was supposed to be a 4-6pm trip ended up being a 430-9pm trip. I never ended up taking the second bus to my destination and I ended up taking an expensive Uber because I couldn’t wait any longer.
Very pleasant drivers Traffic the only problem
seats were unevenly placed and had no where to put my legs. Seats were too small, wifi didn’t work, bus was so packed you couldn’t move.
I am not used to bus rides but the bus was confortable and had an electrical outlet.
The bus stop address was completely wrong, so I missed my bus.
The bus driver was on time and it was a smooth trip, so no complaints from me!
