The main issue was that the "print ticket at station" option didn't work, so I wasted a lot of time while Greyhound tried and failed to print it, and eventually made it to Montreal without ever getting my ticket printed at all. Thankfully they let me on the bus just by giving them my reservation number.

Very pleased with Greyhound. I changed the booking and had to pay $40 extra which I think is too much. There was no extra work for Greyhound. The staff at the Concord Coach Lines office in Concord NH did the new ticket.

We had 2 ladies putting so many coats of nail polish in the bus! Going to Boston. WE WAITED 2 HOURS AT CONCORD NH FOR OUR BUS TO MONTREAL. Then we had a lady with bronchitis coughing the whole ride to Burlington VT. That was horrible.... Maybe next time we will go by car.
