Wifi not secured and was intermittent which interrupted my workflow. Bathroom out of order. I plan to be using this service at least once per month, hope today's bus better equipped. We arrived late to Regina, but I believe that was out of driver's control, delay was due to people trying to sneak onto bus in Lloyd.
The reason for the low score, because of the bathroom facilities didnt work, the driver didn't even mentioned it to .
The bus was making lots of beeping sounds &wouldn't stop that's what causes the late arrival. The driver was worried.
I think it would be a good idea to let passengers know that there is no agent available upon arrival to address given. The bus is just sitting there, empty until 25 minutes before departure. Passengers standing around wondering what happens next. The coach certainly not as described. No WiFi, now power the toilet not in service. I suggest at the stops the driver should tell passenger where we can find washroom facilities, etc. A journey from Edmonton to Regina is long. It would be nice is we knew how long until next rest stop. I arrived safely, but it was not on par with Greyhound or Ebus.
